Research yourself :

Look at the demand for the skills you possess in the particular market and the best way to make yourself look preferable to a potential recruiter. Find your own capabilities to get a Job in Other country i.e. Your Educational Qualification, Your Language Skills (You must me sound in an International language English or any other one), document compatibilities etc. Minimum two contacts for reference use.

Know the power of your networks:

To get the most accurate picture of your potential fit, speak to other expatriates currently at jobs similar to the one you want. Use social networks to find introductions to professionals working in the area. Don’t underestimate the power of sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Research About Company:

Before a job interview, find out more about your prospective company. You'll ask better questions and be able to decide if you actually want to work there. i.e. How old is the company? How large is the company? What are its products or services? What is its reputation / industry standing?

Research for formal documentation and any required permits:

Carefully researching the visas and work permits for each foreign country is also essential, and you should do it early, before you apply for any position. If you don’t already have a visa, your application may not even be considered. Many companies can offer you employment only if they can prove that there is no one suitable who already has a visa.

Prepare an application:

Be prepared for differences in the application process across the globe, especially regarding personal information. There is a remarkable consistency in the basic set of skills recruiters seek. Ready for an interviiew:
