Job Responsibilities:

• Postpaid Collection , Retention , PIB score , CSAT
• Service Centre Training
• Data Handling , Servicing and Retention of Data products
• Activations , CPV Process incharge at zones
• Collection and Retention thru Biller Agencies
• Training of Super DSA's
• Vendor Management
• Agency Management
• Churn Management
• Relationship Manager for EBU Accounts

Education:

• Graduate in any stream
• Smart and resourceful young Service Professionals with a solid know how of Service Delivery processes in Telecom

Salary:
INR 2,50,000 - 7,50,000 P.A
