Job Description:
Lead Engineer for Chassis system and its components, responsible for Application Engg/ Engg changes/cost reduction VA VE/ TGW reductions of product/program launches and also lead the delivery of product/program objectives on interacting with the team and cross functionals.

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech. in Mech/Automobile .
Experience : more then 7 Years

Professional Exposure :
Prior experience in automotive design, development & testing of Chassis system components for application engg/ VA VE cost reduction, quality/design upgrade, new models developments etc..

Special Knowledge or skill required :
Problem solving techniques, DFMEA, DVPs, G8D, data driven approach, knowledge on design and application engg.

Behavioural Competencies required :
Smart, quick thinking, analytical with ability to interact with Senior management of functional & cross functional , drive for success.

Other Competencies required :
Leadership skills, Presentation skills,Interpersonal and Good analytical skills
