Job Profile:

  • The incumbent would be responsible for handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards 
  • Effective redressal of all customer queries and/or complaints by providing solutions/ escalating issues - Cross Sell new product and service opportunities
  • Generating leads and passing them to concerned department
  • Providing feedback to the team leaders about product / process and contribute to the improvement

Skill Set:

  • Ability to generate ideas which can help him / her and the team to achieve the targets assigned
  • Ability to engage with people with service orientation
  • Drive and Passion for results - Good in comprehension
  • Good spoken English

Qualifications: 
Graduate in any discipline

Experience:
0 - 2 years experience in call centers handling domestic and international customers.

Age: 
Less than or equal to 28 years
